Tokyo Demo Fest is a demoparty which will be held on Jan 8, 2011. For the first time, watch seminars and demos while making your demos in the afternoon, and then compete! And live streaming page is now coming.

REGISTRATION
Join us, if you are a demoscener, are interested in demo technologies or the demoscene. We would like to keep track of the number of attendees, so please register at ATND (Japanese only). Here for the first half - seminars, and here for the second half - competitions. The entry fee is ￥500 respectively, thus attending both parts will cost a total of ￥1000 (roughly $15 or $10).

ENTRY COMPETITION
Demos are expected to be coded at the party place
(if you plan to submit an entry please let us know so that we know the number of entries).
The platform is limited to windows , however other platforms may also be available upon request<>
(we has been closed about this).
We plan to accept Remote Entries in the Windows Demo category.
If you want to submit a remote entry, please reply to us.
We will send you a link to the uploader when we it will be finished.
REGULATION
Rules of the competition are as below. We do not intend to force these rules due to the lack of time so
take them as loose guidelines. The listed compos may differ from the compo list at voting, actual compos
will be decided once the number of entries is known. The organizers will be prepared for Windows entries,
so anything that runs on a Windows will be fine. However if you need some extra horse-power or some other platform please bring your own equipment.
update: We take demo/intro combine style.

Execution EnvironmentAnything apart from a desktop environment (e.g.: not Windows, Macintosh or Linux etc…), like Amiga, MSX, PC98, iPhone, XBox360 etc…Others limitationsNothing. Really! But you have to bring your hardware, so pick something that you can actually bring.

About bring your equipment.
You can bring your equipment to the party place. If you are planning to bring you stuff by car we have to contact the party place owners, thus you should contact us. Also contact us if you bring your stuff without a car, because of the usage of freight elevators. It is also possible to bring your stuff before the party begins.(Details will be enclosed later)
About to eat and drink.
We prepare snacks and meals. but alcohol is strictly prohibited.
