Dates, tickets and fees

When?
March 21st, 2014 (Fri) 13:00 to March 23rd, 2014 (Sun) 14:00.
Where?
Institut français du Japon: Ichigaya-Funagawaracho 15, Shinjuku, Tokyo. Please see all details on the location page.
How much?
This year's event is three days long, and those who register early(3/8) will lock in the same price as last year!
A ticket to the complete event is 4000 yen.
Active students will receive a discount at half price for 2000 yen. (Be sure to bring your current student ID with you.)
Ladies will be allowed in for free, just like at European demoparties.
How?
You can buy a ticket online (using a credit card) through PayPal.
But if I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?
Convenience stores in Japan sell prepaid Visa cards, or you can purchase a prepaid Visa card online with V Purika (Japanese only).
What if I need to cancel?
First, send an email to the organizing team:
If you've already prepaid with PayPal, you can request a refund. We will give instructions on how to do that once we receive your email.
Will tickets be available on opening day?
Any remaining tickets not prepaid for by opening day will be sold at the entrance for 5000 yen. Once those tickets are all gone, that's it, so be sure to register as soon as you can!
